Legal Status & Registration

Candlelight Foundation for Children With Special Needs, Inc. is a United States–registered nonprofit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN: 33-2403724).

In addition to its U.S. registration, the Foundation is also formally registered in Nigeria and operates programs, services, and community initiatives supporting children with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other developmental needs across both regions.
